Just wanted to give the team a heads up, when using the Hall of Monuments portal stone, during the loading screen you are disconnected with an error of: Code=19:9:18:1582:101

same thing happening to me…it was working fine yesterday…didn’t try it today, before the update at least.

I have same bug, it started after first update.

same problem here. very annoying…. my longsword skin sucks.

I can’t enter there ,either.

It is so many bugs in this update!

If you’ve already unlocked the skin on your account (i.e. you’ve used it before), then you can apply it for free from the wardrobe screen in the [H]ero panel.

Unfortunately, I haven’t used most of the skins for quite a while so… something I will rectify when possible.

Fortunately though, I did use the longsword skin! My Asuran warrior thanks you!

I have same bug with portal stone

I’m having the same problem as well.

The bug has been fixed for me since the patch about 1 – 2 hours ago.

• Fixed a client crash that occurred when attempting to enter the Hall of Monuments. Hall of Monuments rewards are temporarily disabled.
