Guild Wars 2

The voice-overs are missing in certain cut scenes (alot of them actually) and in various points of the game where you hear audio from NPC’s (such as when a scout is showing you the lay of the land).

This appears to have started since the last update. And, I want to note that everyone in the party is not hearing the audio at the same time. Therefore logic dictates it is something global and not isolated just to me.
