Guild Wars 2

There is a very rare condition that exists to reproduce this bug, but from what I have been able to discern is it is somehow related to picking up (or attempting to pickup) a banner on my warrior. My warrior will enter a state where I can no longer use any weapon skills, healing skills, utility skills, or any interaction with open-world items using the ‘F’ key. If I use a ground targeting skill, I will get the targeting on the ground, but after depressing the skill, no activation occurs.

This has happened twice over the course of this weekend since updating on Friday, once yesterday, and once today. The only way to rectify it has been to log out.

Confirmed. Was able to reproduce it.
1. Cast banner in front of you while running.
2. Pickup banner and attempt to keep running (cancels banner pickup).
3. All skills become non-responsive.

The same thing happened to me recently, and was searching for the error when I found your post. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future, otherwise I may just avoid using banners as much.
