Youll have to see the screenshot to see what I mean. But under the UI elements and above the games Graphics is a ‘Film’ scrolling effect. Like you see in games like Bioshock when they roll the BW movies, or in Fallout3 for the tutorial videos.
Again, Nice vintage like effect but not really fitting for this game.
Maybe its supposed to be raining and this is whats happening instead?

Ok found out this is part of Aprils fools. THIS GAVE ME A GIANT HEADACHE. You need to take into account for people with eye issues on things like this effect. I didn’t like it in other games, I don’t like it here.
Turning it off is good enough for now, just disable post processing.
But common, that’s litigation waiting to happen if someone goes into a seizure over this. An no, i am not joking…remember that Pokemon episode that put 135,000 kids in japan into a seizure cause of the color scheme that they chose to use for a battle scene? yea, exactly.
