I have been having problems with all the back armors on my characters not accepting upgrades to the upgrade slot.

Is this a bug or is there a small list of what will work on them?

Head of the Order of the Iron Ravens [OoIR]
Lady Alexis Hawk – Main – Necromancer
Ravion Hawk – Warrior

Just make sure the upgrade you are trying to apply is not of a higher level than the back armour.
