Q:
My husband built me a gaming PC, we played GW2 just fine for about 6 months, then that computer was tasked out to something else and I am no longer able to game on it. so he built me another one. Ever since GW2 has crashed anywhere from 2 minutes to 80 minutes into the game – without fail. The typical errors are:

We have replaced the graphics card (from a Radeon 7800 to the Radeon 6700 from the former PC), turned down the performance settings, deleted and re-installed the client, wiped the hard drive and performed a virgin install on a brand new hard drive … and the game still crashes … what are we missing – or is this something on the client/server end? I would trust the programmers to be working on this, but like I said AND as you can see in bold, this is a recurring problem.
I attempted to attach the crash.dmp but we aren’t allowed to post .dmp files and I am unaware of where to find or generate a .log file.

and yes I know there are three separate reasons for crashing, but the bone constraints is the most frequent.
