Guild Wars 2

I can not get Badges of Honor from the chest. I tried many times but I still failed to get them. anyone can help me with it?

What chest? WvW rank up chests?

I can confirm this, couple people i know cant loot the badges out of the chest you get after the boss is dead and the capture point is yours.
They tried to restart game,repair and on different chars nothing works, they can loot the other stuff inside but the badges wont.
