Hey im making the zap (bolt) achievement and i need to talk with the weaponsmith vendor to “learn” Balanced Sword Hilt recipe(after i gave her several items)
anyways, she doesnt give the hilt recipe :\
so im stuck now basically

The Vendor says that this recipe has been added to my list but it didnt and i didnt get any game msg (green letters in chat) saying so.. :\

I cant, because i dont have the recipe in my recipe list.. the npc just says that she gave it to me but i do not own it
I can’t find mention of this recipe anywhere in the Wiki. The page for creating the item you seek does not mention a recipe (you would just use the Discovery Panel), so…

Edit: I did find a reference to a recipe, but not a Recipe Sheet.
In the meantime, the Devs have stated some item bugs will be fixed this coming Monday, or soon thereafter.

To clarify: When you ask the NPC to unlock the Hilt recipe he/she will unlock a different item. Doesn’t matter how many times you talk to the npc.
This easy to fix bug is in the game for atleast a month now. (just wrong ID linking..)
Worst part is: It DID work at some point and they broke it..

Ahh….well, as stated above, Matt (Dev) said some fixes for Legendary bugs were in-coming very soon.
Hope it addresses your issue.
