Any character wearing a helm of any kind appears bald in cutscenes. It’s been this way since just after the Lost Shores patch, at least I don’t recall it happening prior to that.

I’m seeing the same thing, bald zojja is just wierd.

Having the same thing happen, first with Zoija, then recently in an Order of Whispers scene with the Ministry guards.

It does appear to be something with the scenes removing all head wear (which has always happened for players), but now it’s affects the NPCs that used to keep their helmets on.

Wow I thought Zojja IS bald!

It seems to be anyone wearing some form of helmet. I’ve seen many cutscenes with Caithe or other NPCs that don’t wear head gear that look fine.. Zojja has the cool helmet she wears and shows up without it, and without any hair.

I hope this is fixed by changing the remove-all-headgear option for players too. Personally, I would very much like the option to see my character’s headgear in dialogues.

i got this same problem all npcs that have helmet apear bald in the cutscenes and those that dont have one appear ok we need a fix for this. hope a moderator is reading this pages .

This has been happening for almost a month now; is there any chance of fixing it soon? It used to work fine.

Having the same problem ever since the halloween update and no changed since. Cutscenes look quite ridiculous with all the bald characters. Why hasn’t this been fixed yet or atleast been reported as an official bug?
