Bald NPC

During my storyline, I encountered couple lionguard soldiers and they are wearing hat normally. But when cutscene starts they are all bald, even women.

I can’t remember the exact mission I was doing but it was something like 32lvl mission with Order of the Whispers.

Yes, it’s a “feature” that was introduced some fairly short time after launch during a patch. For the life of me I can’t see how fixing it would be a problem, just reverse the mistake made but then I am not ANEt.

Is this the same issue that removed hair of my toon while she’s wearing the top hat? It happened around Halloween update as far as I remember. Would be nice to have it back to the way it was ^^
