Balloon Tower Tourist bug
Same happend to me. The next time I climbed up the tower, the chest was already open and the tower didn`t count to the event. An NO, it wasn`t a tower, I visited before.
A couple times I have done the events to get up the tower, I climb the tower and open the chest. I get credit towards the achievement, but no loot from the chest. Kinda disappointing.
