Due to significant number of broken events in the Temple of Baltazar event chain in the Straights of Devastation the Balthazar armour set is unobtainable. Since the only place to get it is from the karma-merchant at the temple while it is under Pact control and the event to capture the temple is broken it is impossible to get the armour.

Unless the events can be fixed in the next patch the best option is to simply put a Karma-Merchant that sells the armour at the temple regardless of whether or not the temple has been captured or not. That way players that would otherwise be frustrated at the continued lack of fixes for the broken events can simply just fight their way to the merchant and purchase their armour.

One of the escort events leading up to the temple has stalled on my server. The NPC and his party are still alive but they just stand outside the camp attacking mobs and don’t move onward after they clear.
