Here, the npcs are just chilling here like they are trying to have a party or something. They aren’t moving except when mobs respawn, they would kill it and move back to their “positions.” Please fix this, and all the other Balthazar bugs there may be. Thank you very much.
I have never been able to do this event, the whole time I’ve had the game. I check everyday. Either not enough people (fails) or bugged. (Tarnished Coast)
