Balthazar's Regalia Outfit bug
The pvp community reminds me of what Obi-kittenenobi describes Mos Eisley as from star wars.
It should be contained in an in-game email message, have you checked your messages? It should be at the bottom of the message where it says ‘Take All’. Clicking on that will transfer it to your inventory, so check there too
