Guild Wars 2

I recently over-purchased 1 bank tab from the gem store. There appeared to still be room when I scrolled down in my bank so I thought I could get more bank tabs. Once I bought it off the gem store, I can’t use it since I’m at maximum bank tabs.

I submitted a bug report in game (asking for a gem refund for the unusable item), but I don’t know if that was the right thing to do.

I have two questions:
• Is it a bug? Bank tabs are purchasable in 2 places, within your bank and on the gem store. Especially since there appears to be room for additional tabs when you scroll down in the bank, it’s easy to interpret that as potential extra bank tabs you could buy from the gem store.
• Will I be able to get a refund? If so how should I go about it? Submit a web ticket or wait for the in-game bug report I already submitted?
