Yesterday I tried to deposit a recipe into my bank. Instead of it being deposited I learned it. My bank wasn’t full, i did however have some strange lag outside of lions arch even though my fps was around 60.
I contacted support right afterwards only to get some bullkitten, most probably automated response. “Sorry, as a rule we do not replace recipes”
So two bugs really, one being the banking issue and the other being the support system.
Get your kitten together Anet, I’m not asking you to move a mountain, simply help a guy out with a minor problem. If that’s too much for you I would suggest addressing your retention model.
