If you have a group of people cycle through picking up a banner and using a skill that applies a boon which stacks in duration, you can use the entire 45s of the banner to apply an amazingly long-duration boon.

Even though this doesn’t happen very often, it still seems rather exploit-ish.

This can certainly be used to stack minutes worth of swiftness to a party.
