I was doing the heart in Wiley’s cove when i cam across this barrel in the picture.
By clicking i’m guessing you should only be able to do it once and then receive an amount of heart completion. For some reason i could click it as much as i wanted until the heart was complete.

Not a bug in the way you’re thinking. This should be known, but there’s an issue with Hearts that have an option to pick up an item that actually lands in your inventory. If bags are full, the option to pick up stays but you can’t grab the item. However, you still get pick up credit which means you can spam it and finish without doing anything else.
