Guild Wars 2

This event is bugging out and the NPC’s are stuck in a wall as seen in the attached photo.
I need this event for my Spark crafting as it drops the destructive substance for Incinerator III. A quick response would be very helpful as it one of the final things I need for my Precursor.
Any help is much appreciated.

Still bugged this morning. The four agents are inside the central area waiting to be revived. Can’t get past the invisible door. ACCESS DENIED.

Same problem here. It’s blocking my progress for Twilight. Second day in a row I’ve seen this.

It reset at some point and I was able to run it to completion tonight. Not sure if the bug is fixed, but, if you are lucky, you’ll find the crew on the shore and be able to complete the events.

Doesn’t seem fixed. I’m running into the same problem of dead crew that can’t be revived.
