Bomb at gate bugged for me. Good thing my I was trying to get my lvl 79 character to 80. TWO OUT OF THREE CHARACTERS STUCK AT THIS SPOT. ANET…..FIX ANYTIME SOON PLEASE?

I don’t remember doing this, and I’ve done this one a few times. Might be my memory escaping me though. How far do you get in this story quest before the bug? Have you already secured the beaches? Killed the Ship?

Sorry for the dumb question—but you used the skill on the bomb to place it, correct? Dropping the bomb on the marked location won’t do anything. (And you need to be at the marked spot when you use the skill.) I apologize for asking such basic questions, I’m just trying to rule out the obvious.
