This skill point was bugged when GW2 was released, and I’m kind of surprised that it’s still having issues. It’s very frustrating to not be able to achieve the zone completion, the Bear Shaman just sitting there telling you it’s not a good time to be traveling.
She stops responding from time to time. I guess, till a server restart / maintenance.
It’s broken in my server right now, Sorrow’s Furnace.
