It’s perpetually under centaur control even though all the centaurs are dead (quest says zero left). The event never resolves, just stays there and prevents anything else from happening in the area.

I can at least confirm this is the same on Gates of Madness tho.
I have 8 humans and it’s never worked with any of them,and I’ve spent a lot of time in the area.
This has been bugged for at least a week. I’ve reported it in game as well.
