Being hit after stealth.
You stealth….and whatever the guy was going to do before you stealthed occurs anyway. Biggest baddest example is the ranger machine gun.
Rapid Fire (machine gun) has always tracked thru stealth. I don’t believe it’s a bug.
Intended. All channelled attacks track you trough stealth.
One of the counters against stealth.

The only benefit to stealth is to hide in the open and cannot be directly targeted through the interface. If a user or NPC can predict your movements and manage to hit you despite this, you have bigger problems. The revealed aspect is to prevent excessive abuse.

It has nothing to do with player skill on either end.
A skill that has a long duration channel which is cast before the target enters stealth will continue to track and hit the target.
This is indeed apparently intended behavior.
You can however break LoS and force obstructed (with or without stealth).
For the toast!

This is correct. Rapid fire (even before it became wildly OP) tracks through stealth IF the ranger started the channel while you were out of stealth. Channeled skills continue to hit if the activation occured before stealth. Basically stealth works by cutting off the ability to directly target someone. If you break that target after the skill has begun the skill still completes. If you break their ability to target before they activate the channel, then it will not hit you.

This is not even a problem. It can be solved as follows:
If you do not want to be hit while in stealth by a channeling skill, then wait for the channeling skill to end THEN go in stealth.
