Guild Wars 2

Hey all I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but I am not able to switch out the skills I have learned from the NPC’s in the Belcher’s Bluff game. I have beat all except for Poyaqui. I have two skills on my bar. (Boast and For Science ) When I move my mouse over them the gear icon appears but I am not able to click on the icon’s to swap them. So I am wondering if there is anyone else out there who is having this issue, and or if this is a known bug?

Loving this event or whatever they are calling it! Thanks for your time.

Edit: I thought it’s bugged as well, but it’s not. You hit “6”, the heal skill, to toggle the other signature skills. I didn’t look at the heal skill, as I thought the little arrows would let me change the skills.
