Looks like some bad level of detail transition. The models used for the two detail levels differ too much to go unnoticable when transitioning between them like most others.
You can try to combat it with higher “LOD Distance” settings until someone wants to create better low detail models if that is the cause.

It’s set on high in the video. I can try the other settings but I don’t think it’s going to change anything honestly.
Have you also tried the ominous “Environment” setting? I always forget what it does exactly, it doesn’t do anything immediately anyway it seems.
