Guild Wars 2

I am on the part of the Sylvari main quest called Beneath the Waves (14). I’ve fought my way to the captives and cannot move forward. the captives give option to talk but it doesnt progress me into the quest.. Id like to continue so PLEASE HELP

I assume this is part of your own personal story line and you are instanced? If so the only solution I could recommend is exiting the instance and re-entering and trying the quest again. I’ve encountered a glitch similar to this on the Sylvari story line and re-doing the part of the personal quest I got stuck on resolved me being unable to progress. Hope this helps.
