Noticed tonight that while I had protection my crit chance would drop to almost nothing. Any time i would apply fury, and protection to myself (with a heal skill) my crit chance would spike for half a second, drop to normal, then drop to almost nothing.

This is because of Brutal Momentum turning off due to an ICD, your “normal” crit chance is actually supposed to be the highest value you’re seeing, the one that you see most often though is with the trait disabled.
