So when you mouse over the Birthday Booster in the inventory it says you also get Karma gain, but while using this in WvW, I did not gain any more karma than having a 50% karma booster. In fact after you activate the Birthday booster the buff does not even show a karma gain effect. So I have wasted a Birthday booster thinking I would get increased karma when in fact I did not.
