Hello, my problem is that I received the Birthday Gift on one of my characters, I put it in the bank and later on deleted the character. Now I can’t open the gift because it’s bound to that character. Can I receive it again or something? Would be thankful for help.

Each character will receive a birthday gift on their birthday (creation date of the character, not account), so you’ll be able to get it again.

I have the birthday gift in my bank but I can’t open it because I deleted the character which I received the gift in my mail.

You won’t be able to open it. All you can do is delete it and wait for another character to reach their birthday.

Well, the gift is for that character. If you delete that character, that’s that. Next time just make sure you open your soulbound items before deleting.

Well, I believe its description clearly states “Soulbound on Acquire” or “Soulbound”, in other words “tied to that character”.

Yeah, still disappointing from them, they can easily give me a new one instead of me waiting one year. Meh..

Yeah, except that character is now gone. They couldn’t/wouldn’t/shouldn’t just “give you a new one”.
