Hi, sorry if this has already been written about (or was intentional) but the forum doesn’t really have a good search function.

I have more than one character that turned 3 recently (3 of them, that I logged on to recently) and I’ve only received one birthday present mail of the three of them. Is this intentional? In previous years you received one birthday present per character. I didn’t see any sort of announcement that we were to expect only one 3rd birthday present, so I’m not sure if it’s a bug or it’s intentional.

Birthday gifts are still one per character. Are you sure they all turned 3? Check their ages in-game (/age). If the characters are less than 1095 days old, then they haven’t reached their birthday yet.

I have 3 characters all currently 1098 days old

Some players have reported a delay in getting their Birthday Gift.

Some characters seem to experience a delay with Name Changes, or Account Restorations.

Make sure each character clears out their mail, as this is also, sometimes, an issue.

If you continue to experience issue with your character’s Birthday Gift(s), you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

It’s not a bug. You get gift at what time your char is created. So let’s say you created it at 22h… even tho it’s 28th, you will not recieve it until it’s 22h.
