Guild Wars 2

Last night I purchased an exotic greatsword for my friend’s birthday. When I went to mail it to her, the game would not allow it. The exotic greatsword shows that it’s soulbound on use. When I right click on it my only options are: destroy, preview, or equip. Right before this, I purchased an exotic rifle for a different friend and it mailed just fine without any issues. Is this a known problem? I tried to do a search regarding similar problems, but found none.

Yes i placed a Sigil on it for her.

Thank you for the fast answer Jeffrey. Looks like i have a new sword good thing i like the skin Now to buy one more and mail her both the Sigil and the sword.

It would be nice if the tooltip correctly reflected this after the item is soulbound though! I have some items I’ve upgraded and they never have the little soulbound marking on them after upgrades, only after they’ve been equipped if they’re soulbound on use.
