Guild Wars 2

This bug has happened me every time(2 times) I have tried to complete the achievements of the HoT story, Bitter Harvest, and it is really annoying.

Once I die after reaching the point where Faolain is supposed to be beaten and click Retry from latest checkpoint, I respawn inside the huge vine (located left from the point you hop to the ledge from the spikes). The real respawning space should be about 2-5 in-game meters from that if I remember right.
Inside the vine the texture (of course) doesn’t let you out anymore, forcing you to log out and in again or go back to Dragon’s Stand, replaying the whole story part.

Notes:
~ These are not my first attempts to get past the story, I have completed all parts of the story, and retrying the mission while it was my main quest did not make the same issue I’m having now.
~ It doesn’t help if I beat Faolain or not; I once died in the middle of the fight and once after I tried the achievement where you jump from the top and try to reach the bottom in 10 seconds and failed miserably by face planting on a spike. Both deaths resurrected me inside the vine.

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem(I looked the forum posts and didn’t see a topic so feel free to merge this if someone has made a topic already) but it’s getting really annoying as the story is quite long with unskippable parts and I have to reset it every time.
