Bitterfrost Frontier Elixir, I collect all the parts and when I go to the spring and use them it takes them all out of my inventory but doesn’t give me the buff, has happened at least once to myself and once to my partner.

( I was planning to do the next bit of story today but couldn’t as I can only get one firestone perday. So has also blocked my progress.)

There is a short delay between the cooking and applying the buff for whatever reason. You might have moved away too soon.
