After binding my Bitterfrost Frontier portal scroll to the Living World Portal Tome, I’ve observed that it now takes me to the area of Koda’s Welcome waypoint rather than near Sorrow’s Eclipse waypoint like it used to. I’m hoping this is a bug since I’d prefer it go to near Sorrow’s Eclipse waypoint like it used to.
Same here. Mine is also porting me to Koda’s Welcome instead of Sorrow’s Eclipse after after binding my portal scroll to the Living World Portal Tome. I, also, am slightly upset with this bug. The portal scroll should port to near the WP nearest the unbound magic vendor.
