Guild Wars 2

I have the backpack skin for this already. I’ve followed the instructions of making sure the skin is on the backpack and speaking to a scout in Verdant brink, but it doesn’t unlock. I’ve done every possible combination of unequip and equipping it again and speaking to different scouts, but to no avail.

I reported this on the forum with a few others 3 months ago and also sent a bug report in, but still nothing has been done about it.

Why did they make such a daft system for this unlock when all they had to do was flag these skins to unlock if you have them equipped. Please fix.

When I unlocked mine, I was not wearing it. It was just in my inventory.

I also went to the 1st scout in Verdant Brink, at the entrance. You must watch and WAIT through his whole spiel, DONT skip any talking. So you must wait through all his “go here and do X” and “The Pact needs your help” stuff.

After that he will give you the option.

Nope that doesn’t work either. Just tried it exactly the way you described both with it equipped and unequiped at the same scout. I have never skipped any of the scout talking part. This is just plain broken for me.
