What’s up with the Black Lion Trading Company? The last two times, now, that I’ve sold stuff to them, they have not given me any money. Last time I sold somewhere around 2.5 gold worth of zigs and zags and when I later looked at my money waiting to be picked up, it was like 70 silver; that’s been sitting there forever.

This time I checked after selling one item, worth over a gold, and again – no beans.

BLTC has gone totally pirate on me, and not in the cool swashbuckling sorta way.

Anyone else have this problem?

You don’t sell to the Black Lion trading company. You use a service called the trade post, wich is a place where you can sell items to other players. This means that it can take time for a sell to go through.

If you never sell something you put up for sale, there is obvious no demand for the item or you have overprized the item resulting that you will never sell it.

In the listed items tab you can see your items, and if needed remove them from the tradingpost, they will returned to you and be available again to pick up. You will loose the 5% listing fee.

Oh no, I know all that, the items are gone when I look; I’m just not getting any money for them. (and, yeah, technically it’s a trading post, but turnover is fast enough that it might as well be selling it to them)
