Guild Wars 2

I opened a Black Lion Chest today, 1/14, and received a Candelabra Staff Skin, which I had unlocked previously. Usually previous unlocks give you 2 Black Lion Keys in exchange, but it didn’t happen this time, and now I’m stuck with a useless skin and nothing to show for it.

Be careful opening BL Chests if you’ve already unlocked some of the skins until this is resolved.

You can contact the CS Team for assistance, and/or post in the ‘official’ thread asking for information about this ‘bug’.

There hasn’t been a fix yet. Each time this happens to you, you need to contact support — they’ll send you replacement keys after asking you to delete the item. Alternatively, opening more chests will fix this too as soon as another duplicate spawns. Yes, I know, it’s weird and annoying.

To avoid this from happening, close the BLC window after each chest opening.
