OK so maybe this is the wrong place to ask? But why does the BL chest still give you a trick or treat bag as one of the options? Halloween is over, so should it not be removed?

A ‘seasonal’ item is always included. A new season has yet to commence.

I’m sure it will change once closer to Wintersday (probably when Wintersday starts).

That ‘slot’ was usually empty in the past; now it’s permanent. Before the change, we’d only get a ‘seasonal’ item during festivals, about 10 weeks/year; now, we get them 52 weeks.

(I agree it’s never going to amount to more than a few silver’s worth of loot, but given that BL chests are ‘junk bags’, even 5s is a good thing.)
