I purchased 4 items to salvage the runes out of them using my Black Lion Salvage Kit. The first three worked perfect giving me the rune, some mats, and some ecto. On the 4th salvage I got nothing but mats and ecto.

BL Kits are broken.

and does that first one come before or after it says “You receive Errol’s mask.” 4 times.
