anyone else have not receive the upgrades from salvaging a item with black lion salvage kit, or i am the single one ?

Not had a problem with BL kits.

What was the item you salvaged? What did you expect to get and what did you get instead?

it was a exotic axe (Phoenix Reborn), with sigil of fire on it & i wanted to get that sigil
