Black Lion Trader in Sootberne is bugged
Glad it’s not only me that can’t talk to him. And I just bought stuff hoping to pick up from him.
yep i’m there now and cant interact with him at all.
Bugged for me as well…. Hope it gets fixed by the next time I log in :p
