Black Lion Trader stealing my money
Just as the title says. Worked my tail off to get the endless repair contract. Sold to trader for 750 gold, gives me less then 1 gold. Contacted anet and I get treated terrible. I’ve played this game since GW1 Beta. Invested so much time and money. Seems ridiculous they wont replace it.

Submit a new ticket and ask for your ticket to be escalated to the next tier of support. None of us on the forums can help you out; we can only speculate as to what might have happened.
The main thing you should know is that whatever happened is unusual and the people who first see your ticket might not be familiar with them or know what the protocol is for dealing with it.
Your success at appealing the original decision depends a lot on how you ask — not because they will be offended or flattered, but because it makes it easier for them to figure out what might have happened.
- Be polite
- Stick to the facts you know, i.e. avoid guessing or proposing a theory.
- Include the dates and times as best you can.
- Include whatever evidence you can, including the screenshot you shared above.
- Avoid mentioning your past treatment — if you want to complain about that, start a separate ticket after you resolve this issue. (Mentioning it now creates a distraction, which will slow any potential resolution.)

The black lion trader didn’t steal your money. Most likely you fell victim to the TP lagging when loading, which resulted in you selling your contract for only 2 copper. Do as Illconceived suggested above. Submit a new ticket, and be polite and refrain from any accusations. I would be very surprised if support chooses to not work with you on this.
