i know its bugged by looking at the gems icon, if its “…” and not a number then its 100% bugged, will never load, not even if i restart the game 100 times, or if i open another tab of BLT, it will simply be bugged forever…

This is not a bug but a problem on your computer. You might want to post in the technical support section.

My advise would be to do in order of getting more difficult
a: Reboot your computer if you dont do this often.
b: run GW2 with the command line argument -repair (see here for howto: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Command_line_arguments )
c: un-install and redownload the game
d: re-install windows

Arise, ye farmers of all nations
Arise, opressed of Tyria!

Are we sure this is not a bug ? roughly about 12 hours ago a bunch of people in my guild where saying they just got this “bug” andcouldnt get the BLT to load/work.
i checked the BLT and it was still operating properly , having just logged on i went to use the BLT and now i have the “bug” aswell.

not sure if its related but my whole guild (we are a small guild ) also had the guild reset bug after the recent update

This is a random bug, everyone will experience it at some point. You have to delete a local file on the computer and let the client re-download it. I can tell you how to fix it on Mac, but I think there is a local.dat file for pc… Look around the tech support forums for it, the devs have posted it many times.

Also, sometimes, also randomly, you can fix this bug by zoning in somewhere else, but more often a client restart is required. If that doesn’t help, the local file is typically needed. Repair doesn’t usually fix this issue.

If you just can’t figure it out, go to the tech support forums and view the submit a ticket sticky and then do so.

(my hubs just had this issue today on his Mac after receiving an error code 0:0:0:0:101 and the tp stopped working all together, even after several restarts… It was working 2 mins before the error occurred, we did the Mac equivalent of deleting the local files and voila, fixed!)

Good luck and let us know how it turned out and what fixed it.
