Guild Wars 2

This problem began about 48 hours ago. Whenever I open up the BL Trading Post, it comes up blank, no loading signs or issues, just blank. The gem store and currency exchange come up fine, however the trading post cannot be accessed at all. This happens across all characters in all game modes (PvE, PvP, WvW). I have tried re-downloading the game and have done data repair twice, to no avail. Curious if anyone else has this issue, or if it has happened before.

That sounds like some sort of browser issue (the TP is basically a custom browser, displaying like a web page). It turns out, some browsers can override your computer’s settings (due to an OS bug, a browser bug, or sadly, malware).

If you know how to troubleshoot browser settings (or can google it), start there.

Otherwise, create a support ticket and ANet will help you track down the core issue.

In case of TP, maybe clearing its cache could help. TP cache lies in your Temp folder (if in Windows type temp in the Windows search box) in a folder called like “gw2cache-{bunch-of-numbers-here}”. Just delete that folder while not in game and restart the game. I hope it helps.

Ah, the browser was certainly the issue. Just deleted the temp file then ran CCleaner and that fixed it. Thanks so much!
