I have that annoying bug again where the black lion trading post loads up blank for me. I’ve tried clearing cache, running as admin etc. So far I’ve managed to get most of my tabs back on.

However.

I can’t access the actual gem store bit, and I notice my icons aren’t loading either.

I opened up the awesomeium log and saw this line, not sure if it’ll help

This is going to sound odd, but try clearing your internet cache. The gem store/trading post window is a kind of embedded browser in the game. Sometimes clearing your cache helps with loading issues.

You need to delete a folder called gw2-cache{some random numbers} in your % temp % folder, since thats the cache of the ingame-browser.

i also having the same issue, but my problem is abit different, yesterday cant load the trading post, but today is much more worst. Loading is successful but cant use the function, all the image are gone, the only thing in the trading post can do is typing, and i cannot find any item in there.

My firewall software asks about permissions for awesomium process each time a new update hits, and the (background) prompt pops up when I open TP; until I give those, TP is blank. So as a guess, you may want to check if your firewall is instructed to automatically stop suspicious processes when in game/fullscreenmode, as it will keep shutting the process until its signature makes it to the database and is recognised as harmless.

Mine isn’t working since the patch 3 days ago but before that, its working perfectly..

Mine is not working too since the patch 3 days ago. It was working before that as well.

Ok, yesterday I’ve reinstalled the game with a backup dat file and it was working fine.

This morning I’ve loaded it and it was fine. But after today’s patch, it went back to bug mode.

I’ve tried deleting the gw2 cache file, clearing my internet cache, restart pc, restart my modem, etc etc nothing works now.

I suspect this has something to do with the Dragon’s Reach patch as that was when my TP woes began. This is really ridiculous and extremely frustrating, I do hope Anet could look into this as more and more users are also complaining about the same thing.

Just thought I’d drop these screens I’ve been getting now, maybe we could spot a common problem.

The gems related parts are blank, whereas the buy/sell parts are glitchy with the boxes and stuff.

only the collection tab is fine.
