Guild Wars 2

I ordered items from the black lion trading post, paid my gold for it but now im not reciving any goods.
My buying order counts down as it tells me more itemes have been bought but i still can’t pick any of them up.
I tried cancelling the order , which worked but i didn’t get my payed gold back either.

pls have a look into it

And I can`t buy ANYTHING on TP. Receiving this error:

There are ton of threads on this subject no need to create even more.

Didn’t try to buy anything afterwards. Hopefully this will get sorted out soon.
