Black Lion items do not stack.
The workaround is to put all the stacks in your bags, then either log out to character select and back or just wp to another zone. Then they will combine in your bags and you can put them back in the bank.
The Black Lion items (Bank Access Express, Merchant Express, Revive Orbs, Instant Repair Canisters, etc, etc) do not stack if they come from different sources.
So for example, if I get a Revive Orb from a Black Lion Chest, and then I get another from the daily login reward chest, they will not stack with each other, and im forced to leave them in separate stacks.
