Whenever I attempt to access it, I get a message saying “network access denied”. This has been occurring for 6 days. I’ve sent 3 tickets with no reply. I’ve repaired the client and reinstalled.

Have you tried running it as Administrator?
Yes. I do that every time I play.
I have a problem with Black Lion as well. A different one. When I try to buy gems everything goes fine until I click “confirm”. Then I get an error that says: Sorry, there has been an error. Please try again later." That has been going on for 5 days.
