Black/blank cutscenes

Hi,

Been having this issue for awhile now.. I dont see the cutscene’s, I can actually see the subtitle text along the bottom and also have the skip button.. but the cutscene’s themselves are just black. Any ideas?

Usually this is a problem when you are not fully patched up and try to play a cutscene. If this is not the case please contact support for troubleshooting.
