Black ice 4444 Skill challenge Bug

Well like many others, this is the last skill challenge that we have to do and we can’t do it because the trigger never spawns making it impossible to continue. Please look into this problem for me and many others having problems with this

Still bugged, just spent a few hours completing the zone only to find out I can’t.
